by Pierre Moullart-Sanson
in his Introduction à la géographie.
The world is shown in reverse as a mirror image.
Below the two main hemispheres, six smaller spheres
show the globe from different angles. Pierre
Moullart-Sanson inherited the business of his
grandfather Nicolas Sanson in 1692. Original outline color. Light water stain affecting the
left part of the map.
